This collection contains selected papers from the 4th International Virtual Conference on Nursing. This event was held in Bandung, Indonesia on the 30th of August, 2020, and was hosted by the STIKep PPNI Jawa Barat and National Cheng Kung.
The conference was held to discuss the latest evidence on how to improve health services, especially in the field of nursing in Indonesia, with the goal of working towards increasing the human development index.
This KnE Life Sciences collection contains 102 peer-reviewed papers. Topics include analyses of the effectiveness of nurse training and management approaches; how best to support adults and young people with mental health issues; evidence-based support for the elderly; techniques to improve health outcomes, facilitate self-management and improve the quality of life in patients with conditions such as diabetes, respiratory diseases and HIV; improvement of care for pregnant and postpartum women; and nurse preparedness, learning and stress during the COVID-19 pandemic.
These papers will be of interest to academics, students and professionals researching or working on nursing and health services.
