This collection contains selected papers from the 3rd International Conference on Governance, Public Administration, and Social Science (ICoGPASS) held in Jakarta, Indonesia on the 18^th of October 2021. This event was hosted by the NIPA-School of Administration and the Indonesian Association for Public Administration (IAPA).

The conference was held to discuss the recent advances in theoretical, experimental and applied research in the fields of governance, public administration and development in a post-COVID dynamic society, particularly from the perspectives of inclusivity, accountability, sustainability and digitalisation.

This KnE Social Sciences collection contains 92 peer-reviewed papers. The research throws light on the challenges faced by the government and the urgent need for scientific development in the fields of administration, policy-making, the economy and digital innovation. Researchers emphasise the need to strengthen the institutional capacity and the quality of human resources. While some argue in favour of designing policies for stimulating the digital economy for millennials and generation Z, others discuss the post-pandemic recovery strategies for micro, small and medium enterprises.

These papers will be of interest to academics, students and professionals researching or working in the fields of administration, policy-making, politics, government, economy, the creative economy and digital innovation.
