ESPOCH Congresses: The Ecuadorian Journal of S.T.E.A.M. / Volume 1, Issue 1

This issue contains selected papers from the VII International Congress of Science, Technology, Entrepreneurship and Innovation (SECTEI 2020). This collection of 50 papers covers a wide variety of topics, from innovations in agriculture and food biotechnology, to studies on ecology, engineering and organizational efficiency.

ESPOCH Congresses: The Ecuadorian Journal of S.T.E.A.M. is a new Open Access journal, established by Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo (ESPOCH) in 2021 to collect and showcase groundbreaking research in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (S.T.E.A.M.) disciplines produced by Ecuadorian researchers. The journal contains a series of special issues, each based around one of ESPOCH’s annual conferences and comprised of original research articles derived from papers presented at the event.
