This collection contains selected papers from the 3rd International Conference on Law Reform (3rd INCLAR) held virtually on the 22nd–23rd of July 2022. This event was hosted by the Faculty of Law, University of Muhammadiyah Malang.

The conference was held to discuss the impact of COVID-19 on Indonesian legal and judicial systems.

This KnE Social Sciences collection contains 59 peer-reviewed articles analysing the latest political and legal reforms introduced in Indonesia to combat the COVID-19 health emergency. In addition, studies examine human rights fulfilment, compliance with international and Indonesian health laws, and handling of economic crises and corruption as a consequence of the pandemic.

These papers will be of interest to academics, students and professionals researching or working in the fields of law, social sciences, Islamic studies, human rights and public health.
