This issue contains selected papers from the V International Scientific Congress of Administrative and Financial Sciences – Fade 2021 held virtually on the 8th–10th of November 2021. This event was organized by the Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo.
The conference brought together global researchers, university professors, and students to discuss the latest developments and research in business management and economic development, talent management, entrepreneurship, and foreign trade.
This ESPOCH issue is a collection of 36 peer-reviewed articles. The papers explore a wide range of topics – from agricultural development to the impact of COVID-19 on child labour, and customer service systems in the medical space. This seemingly disparate array of original research articles is drawn together by an overarching theme, dealing with ways to improve and remodel the existing social and economic development landscape within Ecuador and the wider region.
These papers will be of interest to academics, students or professionals researching or working in business management, entrepreneurship, macro and micro-economics, human resources, and transport management.
