This collection contains selected papers from the 3rd International Conference on Advance & Scientific Innovation (ICASI) held in Medan, Indonesia on the 20th–21st of June 2021. This event was hosted by the Forum Kerjasama Pendidikan Tinggi.

The conference was held to bring together researchers and practitioners from the different branches of social sciences with a special focus on education, management and economics.

This KnE Social Sciences collection contains 47 peer-reviewed papers covering a host of different topics. Several papers explore the benefits of financial literacy in the use of digital financial services, while others analyse the impact of influencer content on stock markets during the pandemic. A number of papers examine waste sorting and management processes, environmental hygiene, and inorganic waste utilisation of compost and eco-enzymes. Another key theme is innovations in and evaluations of the various online and blended learning methods and their suitability for students with special needs.

These papers will be of interest to academics, students and professionals researching or working in the fields of education, management and economics.
