The 6th ICOEN 2019 was held to answer the dynamics, opportunities, and challenges in creating entrepreneurs. This conference is a part of a series of ICOEN annual seminars that have been held five times in Indonesia and Timor Leste. The theme of the conference was to promote entrepreneurship concerning economic, industrial, and business developments. Thus, the theme is “Creating Entrepreneur with Innovation Capability to Generate Value.” The 6th ICOEN had international speakers from four different countries who are experts in the field of entrepreneurship education, small and medium industries, the psychology of entrepreneurship, and entrepreneur. Based on their academic reputation, these experts have been published in various reputable international journals. Besides, the conference also targetted professionals, entrepreneurs, academics, researchers, students, and those who are interested in entrepreneurship. The participants were updated on the various latest issues of entrepreneurship through a discussion of participants’ published articles. The conference also intended to be a place for expanding networks of academics and researchers internationally and act as a bridge in publishing research on entrepreneurship midwives into reputable proceedings and journals.
