This collection contains selected papers from the International Conference On Mathematics And Science Education (ICMScE) held in Bandung, Indonesia on 3 - 4^th June 2022. This event was hosted by the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Education Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia.

This conference was held to facilitate communication between researchers, teachers, and students to share their solutions for present and future mathematical and scientific needs to achieve a smarter and more sustainable society.

This KnE Social Sciences collection is the second of three issues to be published based on the outputs of the conference. It contains 81 articles that explore the relationship between creative thinking and problem solving, specifically within the field of mathematics. By identifying a variety of different materials and perceptions of teaching, this collection focuses on improving mathematical concepts, learning strategies, and solving problems via online learning. Through this, scholars aim to find a correlation between students building their analytical and creative thinking abilities and performance.

These articles will be of interest to academics, students or professionals researching or working in life sciences, social sciences, sustainability research, and agriculture.
