The 3rd International Research Conference on Economics and Business (IRCEB) was hosted at the Universitas Negeri Malang, 22nd–23rd October 2019. The theme for this event was “Developing Competitiveness to Maintain Sustainability Economy in Digital Era.” This event was designed to present and promote new advances and research results in the fields of theoretical, experimental, and applied Business and Economics Research, bringing together leading researchers, scientists, and students from around the world. This collection contains a wide range of papers covering a number of topics, including entrepreneurship, management, international business, human resources, finance, banking, accounting, economics, leadership, logistics, supply chains, hospitality, tourism, communication, society, quality management, economic development and Sharia economics. The four keynote speakers to the conference were Dr Rer Pol. Moises Neil V. Serino (Visayas States University), Dr Mohd. Rizal Palil (Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia), Prof. Christine Helliar (University of South Australia), and Dr Bambang Sugeng., MA., MM., Ak (Universitas Negeri Malang).
