This collection contains selected papers from the Brawijaya International Conference on Business Administration, Taxation, and Tourism (BICBATT 2023) held in Malang City, on September 26-27, 2023. This event was hosted by the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Administrative Science, Universitas Brawijaya.

The conference was held to bring together researchers, students, and professionals across the Asia-Pacific region from various disciplines to explore the opportunities and challenges of disruptive technologies in shaping the future of creative business.

This KnE Social Sciences collection contains 25 peer-reviewed articles on the relationship between technology and business development. The 21^st century has seen an exponential rise in the mainstreaming of socially responsible business practices, as advocacy across multiple levels of society have called for efforts to combat the effects of climate change and develop more inclusive entrepreneurial spaces for people of all backgrounds. Scholars in this collection explore the practical implementations of these policies within Indonesia’s creative economy.
