This collection contains selected papers from the Academic International Conference on Literacy and Novelty (AICoLiN) held in Kudus, Indonesia on the 25th–26th of November 2020. This event was hosted by the Universitas Muria Kudus.

The conference was held as a celebration of the 40th anniversary of Universitas Muria Kudus. It sought to strengthen academic relations among Universitas Muria Kudus, state and private universities in Indonesia and overseas, through developing expert contributions and joint research in the social and natural sciences.

This KnE Life Sciences collection contains 22 peer-reviewed papers on a broad variety of topics ranging from supporting the rights of children in the juvenile justice system and developing effective teaching materials for online learning during COVID-19, to evaluations of agricultural conditions and techniques, and analyses of accounting and financial management practices and their impacts.

These papers will be of interest to academics, students or professionals researching or working in education, economics, agriculture, psychology, engineering, law, communications, and management.
