On receipt the Editor will evaluate the article. If it meets our publication interest it will be sent out for double-blind peer-review (the reviewers are not informed of the names of the authors, and the authors are not told who has reviewed their article). Depending on the reviewer comments the Editor will make a decision:

• - Accept in present form
• - Accept after minor revision
• - Re-Submit after major revision
• - Reject
