The West Kazakhstan Medical Journal (WKMJ) is a quarterly journal dedicated to advancing the frontiers of medical knowledge and healthcare practices.

Our primary aim is to serve as a beacon for researchers, healthcare practitioners, and educators, offering a platform for disseminating groundbreaking medical research, encouraging the exploration of emerging trends, and facilitating discussions on medical discoveries that have the potential to transform healthcare. Through a rigorous peer-review process, we strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and ethical publishing. Our goal is to foster collaboration, encourage evidence-based practices, and contribute to the betterment of healthcare, all while promoting the unique perspectives and contributions of the global medical community.

This quarterly journal publishes in March, June, September and December, and we accept original research articles and systemic reviews of up to 6,000 words; non systemic or narrative reviews of up to 5,000 words; short notes, case reports, and editorial articles of up to 2,000 words, and letters to the editor of up to 1,000 words.

WKMJ welcomes researchers and medical and healthcare professionals to submit their work, share their expertise, and be part of our mission to improve healthcare outcomes and enhance medical knowledge.
