This collection contains selected papers from the International Conference on Da'wah and Communication (ICDComm) 2024 held in Bandar, Lampung, on 18-19 September 2024. This event was hosted by the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication Studies, UIN Raden Intan Lampung.
This KnE Social Sciences issue contains 70 peer-reviewed articles on Islamic communication, Da'wah, and community engagement, offering a range of scholarly perspectives aimed at bridging cultural differences and communicating religious values effectively in a globalised world. There is a particular emphasis on new research dealing with the enhancement of Islamic studies and Da'wah by using digital media and AI in advancing communication. This special issue also focuses on counselling sessions in several areas, such as Islamic counselling, reducing academic anxiety in students, digital stress, marriage, as well as the role of corporate in counselling for employees.
These articles will be of interest to academics, students or professionals researching or working on Islamic communication, interfaith dialogue, digital Da'wah, and contemporary Islamic studies.
