Therefore, they have the rights to survive, grow, and develop. For this reason, it is necessary to give them protection, both physical and spiritual, including children with criminal law issues. The juvenile criminal justice system is of particular concern for law enforcement officials, considering that children are described in national and international human rights as a vulnerable and specially-treated group. All countries are obliged and have the responsibility to ensure the fulfillment of these special rights for every child.
