The research deals with the most important jurisprudential issues related to wind in the books on prayer and fasting. This is done by dividing it into two: First is the introduction, where I explain the reason for choosing this topic and its division. Second are the five topics, which are as follows: -First topic: The definition of the wind, linguistics, idioms, and the legal etiquette that a Muslim should follow when the wind blows. -Second topic: The consensus of the imams of the five madhhabs in inferring the knowledge of the qiblah through the winds, and their differences regarding the issue of revealing the private parts of the worshiper because of the wind. -Third topic: One of the excuses that allows one to miss the congregational prayer is the strong winds at night, and it is not permissible to combine the two prayers (Maghrib and Isha) because of the strong winds. -Fourth topic: When the winds are moderate, they have a clear and well-known effect in transmitting the voice of the muezzin to people. And it is desirable to pray alone, not in the congregation, for all the natural calamities such as earthquakes, throwing planets, strong winds, thunderbolts, and great darkness. -Fifth topic: I explained that if road dust enters one's throat during fasting, because of the wind or the hooves of animals, their fast does not break. - Lastly, I concluded the research with the most important results I reached. God bless you. Keywords: rulings, wind, prayer, fasting, jurisprudence, comparison ER -
